Meet the Chef
Chef Abbi Jai is a Durham, NC native and Johnson and Wales alum. She is a citizen of the Occaneechi Band of the Saponi Nation, one of eight recognized Native American tribes in North Carolina. Chef Abbi has applied their passion for culinary and customer service to undertake events ranging from private parties, fundraisers, weddings, local community events, meal preps, and festivals. They have over 10 years experience in Hospitality. Chef Abbi Jai also owns and operates a family farm, Handèwa Farms, which allows them to offer farm to table foods. Chef Abbi Jai’s service is not just an experience, it's a lifestyle.
